Menu Plan



Monday - four cheese macaroni (it has blue cheese in it. yummmmmm) and salad

Tuesday - minestrone soup with fresh bread

Wednesday - sandwiches

Thursday - spicy black beans & polenta

Friday - pizza

Saturday - clean out the fridge

Sunday - leave for vacation!

Update: added a link to the mac & cheese after searching for it online. The minestrone soup and spicy black beans & polenta I'll make are from Desperation Dinners.

Great that you are able to have your menu figured out for the whole week...I usually plan the same day (sometimes the same HOUR).

Even if I had a plan - I wouldn't stick to it - so it probably wouldn't do me any good :)

That's kind of you to assume that I ever follow my plan, but I don't think I've had even one week where everything went according to what I originally planned. We're already off this week because my husband went out for lunch celebrating a co-workers birthday so he wasn't hungry at all for dinner. We had leftovers from the weekend and the mac & cheese has to wait until tomorrow at the very least.

I still find it useful to have a vague plan - keeps me from having spaghetti, pizza, and/or chicken fingers every night which is what happened before I started making a tentative plan.
